50% Deposit Bonus

TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THE PROMOTION


1.  GENERAL TERMS

1.1 The 50% Deposit Bonus is a special invitation-only promotional credit offered by TradingPRO International Limited (hereinafter referred to as “the Company”) to selected clients who have been invited to participate in the promotion and who fulfill the applicable terms and conditions. This offer is valid only for invited clients who are not residents of the countries listed in the Not Eligible Countries section.

1.2 By accepting the 50% Deposit Bonus, the client agrees to these terms and conditions as well as the Company’s general terms and conditions of service.

1.3 The 50% Deposit Bonus is losable but non-tradable, meaning it cannot be directly used to open new trades if there is insufficient balance in the trading account. However, it can be used to sustain the margin requirements of open positions.

1.4 The 50% Deposit Bonus is a one-time promotion that provides a 50% Deposit Bonus and the invited client may receive the 50% Deposit Bonus only once.

1.5 The minimum deposit required to participate in the 50% Deposit Bonus promotion is USD 100, and the maximum deposit is USD 1,000. The maximum profit withdrawal generated from trading with the bonus funds is limited to an amount equivalent to the client’s original deposit, subject to a maximum of USD 1,000.

1.6 Any profit generated from trading with the bonus funds in excess of the permitted withdrawal amount will be forfeited if the client makes any internal transfer or withdrawal request.

1.7 Deposit Bonus is only for “ScalpX Account 10th Year (MT5)” in USD based currency with the maximum leverage of 1:500 fixed.

1.8 To receive the 50% Deposit Bonus, clients must fulfill and comply with all of the following conditions:

1. 1. Complete the personal identification and account verification process.

   2. Receive an official invitation to participate in the 50% Deposit Bonus promotion via email from the Company.

   3. Open a ScalpX Account 10Years (MT5) and make a minimum deposit of USD 100.

   4. Submit a support ticket via “Client Portal” stating that you wish to claim the 50% Deposit Bonus with subject header “Claim 50% Bonus” as instructed in the invitation email.
        

2. RECEIVING BONUS AND USAGE

2.1 Bonus will be received by invitation only and when all requirements are fulfilled.

2.2 The 50% Deposit Bonus will be credited to the client's ScalpX Account 10Years (MT5) once the client has fulfilled all of the above conditions and the bonus claim has been successfully processed by the Company.

2.3 All eligible clients are permitted to hold only one (1) Deposit Bonus account per one Unique IP address and for one device. Multiple registrations from the same IP address and same device also multiple deposit bonus account registers with the same details are not permitted.

2.4 The bonus cannot be withdrawn or transferred to other accounts.

2.5 Any internal transfer of balance to another account will result in cancellation of the 50% Deposit Bonus.

2.6 Any indication or suspicion, in the Company’s reasonable discretion, of any form of arbitrage, abuse, fraud, manipulation, cash-back arbitrage connected to a trading bonus or any other forms of deceitful or fraudulent activity, will nullify all previous trading.

2.7 In these circumstances, the Company reserves the right at its reasonable discretion to close/suspend (either temporarily or permanently) all such Eligible Client’s real trading Accounts with TradingPRO, cancel all orders and deny all profits of such participants.

2.8 Company shall not be liable for any consequences of the trading bonus cancellation, including, but not limited to, order(s) closure by Stop Out.

3. BONUS CANCELLATION AND WRITING OFF

3.1 Once Stop Out takes place, a bonus is written off from the client’s account.

3.2 Once clients make any amount of internal transfer or withdrawal, bonus will be written off from the client’s trading account.

3.3 The 50% Deposit Bonus is valid for 30 calendar days from the date of received.

3.4 The bonus will be auto cancelled/removed after 30 calendar days without any notification even though the client have active position or not using the bonus.

3.5 The client has the right to reject the received Deposit Bonus at any moment as long as no trade has been executed.

3.6 Please note that TradingPRO International Limited reserves the right to, at any time and without any reason, refuse to grant the bonus or write off the previously issued 50% Deposit Bonus from the account, as well as revoke (cancel) all transactions that have been made with the use of the bonus funds. This condition is considered accepted (agreed with and accepted) by the client starting from the moment of depositing the “Deposit Bonus” to their trading account.

4. NOT ELIGIBLE COUNTRIES

The 50% Deposit Bonus is not available in the following countries:

1. China
2. Colombia
3. Hong Kong SAR
